Welcome to the v3cuci platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and v3cuci ("Platform", "We"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the v3cuci platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the v3cuci platform on any device — whether a personal computer, smartphone, or tablet — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access our website, even before the account registration process is complete.

V3cuci reserves the right to change, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the v3cuci platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the v3cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. v3cuci strictly prohibits and rejects participation from any underage individual.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Use of this platform is not prohibited by the laws or regulations of the territory where you reside or from which you access the platform.
• You are not currently listed on any self-exclusion register of a gambling platform or any relevant government prohibition list.
• You have never been declared bankrupt or are subject to any active insolvency proceedings.

3Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the v3cuci platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. v3cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the v3cuci support team immediately.

V3cuci conducts a thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your identity card, a recent bank statement, or additional documents to verify your identity and residential address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and a hold on pending withdrawals.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

V3cuci supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed through fully encrypted, secure payment channels.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 minutes upon confirmation. However, in certain cases — such as a first withdrawal, withdrawals exceeding the usual limit, or during security reviews — processing may take up to 24 business hours. v3cuci does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. v3cuci does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unknown or unauthorised source, v3cuci reserves the right to return the amount and freeze the account pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

V3cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotional terms.

• The first deposit welcome bonus of up to RM500 is subject to a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The 15% weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-calendar-day period and is credited every Monday.
• Every promotion has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within the stated period will expire and cannot be recovered.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• V3cuci reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the promotional system.
• Withdrawing deposited funds without fulfilling bonus wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the v3cuci platform — including slot games, table games, live casino, and specialty games — are operated in accordance with the rules of their respective game providers, as approved by international regulatory bodies.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, v3cuci maintains detailed records of every session. If winnings are not credited due to a verifiable technical error, the correct amount will be credited once the investigation is complete. v3cuci's decision in such matters is final.

• Any attempt to use bots, automation software, or other unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to farm bonuses or manipulate table games is a serious violation that may result in permanent account termination.
• Misuse of demo features or free games for inappropriate purposes may result in disciplinary action.
• V3cuci reserves the right to void any game or round affected by an evident technical error and to refund the wagering amount to the member's account.

7Member Conduct

V3cuci holds all members to a high standard of conduct. A healthy and safe community is a shared responsibility. The following are strictly prohibited on the v3cuci platform:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards support staff or other members on any of the platform's communication channels.
• Spreading false information about v3cuci or any member through any platform or social media with the intent to damage their reputation.
• Attempting to access another member's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering through the v3cuci platform.
• Sharing your account, granting access to another party, or selling your v3cuci account to another individual.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any identity-masking technology to bypass regional restrictions or the platform's security controls.

8Privacy & Data Protection

V3cuci takes your privacy very seriously. All personal data you provide during registration and while using the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the v3cuci Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy page .

Your information will not be sold, lent, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, v3cuci may share certain information with the relevant authorities if required by a court order or valid legal obligation. 256-bit SSL encryption is applied to all communication channels between your device and v3cuci servers.

9Account Suspension & Termination

V3cuci reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than fraud or illegal activity, v3cuci will return your cash balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) once the investigation is complete. This process may take up to 14 business days.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v3cuci, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Technical errors causing transaction processing delays
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your password
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information obtained from third parties

11Terms Amendment

V3cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to all registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest rules governing your use of the v3cuci platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent amendment was made.

12Governing Laws & Regulations

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the v3cuci platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
